I created a blank character sheet for Encounter. If anyone's interested, you can grab a copy here: https://toddbradley.github.io/terranborderlands/rules/encounter/. There's a PDF that's for one sheet per page, and a PDF for two sheets per page.

The link no longer works
To be honest you don't really need a character sheet to play this game, there's not much information you need to record for each character.
